Tuppers' Hop Pocket Ale and Tuppers' Hop Pocket Pils were made at Old Dominion from the start. The last batch of ale was produced in Dec 2007, as Coastal Brewing, new owner of Old Dominion, terminated the agreement. Bob and Ellie Tupper are seeking another brewer. We understand that Coastal was willing to continue making the ale, but the pils, although outstanding, sold very little. Bob and Ellie wanted to continue making both, hence the search for a new home for these fine beers.
